Covid-19 Guidelines

Westival 2020 will be different from other Festivals over our history. Regrettable due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic audience capacity at venues will be severely reduced. It is regrettable that many who wish to be present at live events will not be able to attend this year due to the reduced number of tickets available.

Online Tickets

Sales tickets can only be bought online this year. Please go choose from one of our events collections to pre-book your tickets. Tickets will not be available at the box office or event venues this year. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating capacity is limited and no patrons will be admitted without a valid ticket. We ask all patrons to wear a facemask when attending each event.

The Visual Arts Programme 2020

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and with concern for the well being and safety of staff, volunteers, artists, performers and the public health in general, it has been decided to scale back the Visual Arts component of this year’s Festival. There will be a scaled-back Art Trail and a few special events programmed adhering to Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines.

Covid-19 Procedures.

Westival is committed to protecting your health. All our events will observe social distancing and all government guidelines. We have significantly reduced the capacity at our venues and the number of venues in use to operate within these limitations.We ask that you carefully read signage at Westival events, observe guidelines and follow staff instructions with regard to public health measures. We request that you wear a facemask to all indoor events in this programme and if you have any mobility issues, please contact us in advance so that we can plan for your attendance.Your health and that of our artists, staff and volunteers are of utmost importance, so if you are feeling unwell on the day of an event, we ask that you stay at home for your safety and that of others.
