Westival are delighted to partner with Common Knowledge to bring you Rekindle Westport – Mayo’s showcase of lost skills.
More than ever, we are coming back to appreciate the resourcefulness and the practical creativity of generations past, and the value of a do-it-yourself, truly sustainable life. From 12 – 5pm on Sunday 29th Westport town hall will be host to a number of demonstrations and stallholders , focusing on rekindling and celebrating traditional arts, skills and practices of the past often held by older people in our communities.
