FAQ
Please find answers to frequently asked questions and Westivals Terms of Service below.
Ticketing
You may print your ticket at home if you wish, or we can scan it from your phone.
We endeavour to include the most up to date information on the current measures being taken by venues to stay COVID-secure in the individual event listings on our website and will update bookers in pre-event emails.
Exchanges and Refunds
Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. This is on a case by case basis so please get in touch with us.
Westival reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice. In this event, tickets may be exchanged or refunded to the face value only from the original point of sale.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium, nor may they be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent by Westival. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket bearer may be refused admission.
We accept no liability for fraudulent tickets obtained via any service or individual other than a Westival designated entity, including secondhand arrangements, which result in the ticket holder being refused entry. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that can only be scanned once. Do not share your ticket’s barcode online with others.
Fees and Concessions
All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Senior citizens, full-time students (with appropriate ID) and the unwaged are able to claim concession tickets at a reduced price where available. Please ensure you bring the appropriate ID with you to the event as it will be requested
Discounts
From time to time Westival may offer discounts to events via email, through our media partners or on our social media. Discounts cannot be made on tickets already purchased.
At Our Events
Latecomers to any Westival event may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before entering the auditorium. If there is no suitable break, latecomers may not be admitted. Management reserves the right to refuse admission where it is deemed in the best interest of the performers and other patrons.
Although most the Westival venues are fully wheelchair accessible, any accessibility restrictions are noted on each event. If you require disability seating, or to inquire about carer tickets, please contact us through our contact section noting your needs.
Ticketed festival events may not be photographed, video recorded, audio recorded or in any way reproduced whether for personal or commercial purposes without prior consent by the festival. Management reserves the right to confiscate any material found to be in violation of this rule.
Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and responsibility for lost, destroyed or stolen property at Westival events and releases promoters from all liability thereafter.
Mobile phones must be switched off during events so as not to disrupt performances.
Westival reserves the right to make alterations to the programme or cast of any festival event without prior notice. Changes may be made to free outdoor events as per weather restrictions, notices of which will be announced on our social media pages.
