Guided Shamanic Journey with Monica Costello (The Cedar Path)

Shamanic practitioner and healer Monica Costello of The Cedar Path invites you to take part in a guided journey into the ancient Celtic tradition of Samhain. Using the rhythmic beat of the drum, Monica will lead participants into a deep meditative state, creating a safe and sacred space for reflection and renewal.
Just days after Westival, Samhain marks the turning of the year—the balance between light and dark, life and death, endings and beginnings. In this workshop, you’ll journey inward to meet the Cailleach, the ancient goddess of winter and transformation. Through this connection, participants will be guided to release what no longer serves them, welcome in new energies, and rediscover their own inner healer.
This meditative experience offers time to rest, re-energise, and reconnect with your authentic self. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket for comfort, though a limited number will be available on the day
