Looking for a fun, energetic activity for the whole family? Join us at Westport Town Hall on Saturday 31st October, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm for an exciting Family Drumming Circle led by experienced facilitator Anthony McNamee.
The One World Drumming Circle is a lively, interactive workshop designed for all ages and abilities. No previous drumming experience is required, and all drums and percussion instruments will be provided.
Participants will explore exciting rhythms from around the world, including African and South American drumming traditions, in a relaxed and supportive environment. Families will learn how to play together as a group, create dynamic rhythms, experiment with solo playing, and combine their new skills to build an uplifting piece of music.
Most importantly, this workshop is all about having fun, fun, fun! Whether you're eight or eighty, come along and discover the joy of making music together.
