Westival and Westport Chamber Music Festival are delighted to host the Esposito Quartet as part of this year’s Westival on Sunday, 1 November at 2pm.
The Esposito Quartet comprises four of Ireland’s most distinguished musicians, with a combined wealth of experience as recital artists, orchestral leaders and teachers. They have been performing together as a quartet since 2010.
The quartet’s name honours Michele Esposito, the pianist and composer who, for 40 years from 1888, was instrumental in developing chamber music in Dublin through the establishment of the Royal Dublin Society Concert Series.
